Extremely dangerous. The Greenpeace zodiac gets entangled to the wires of the OBB fender. The crew of the OBB hurriedly makes efforts to disentangle the zodiac. At 09:56 the zodiac is released from the fender wires but keeps inside the space between both vessels. The Nisshin Maru broadcasts through the vessel microphone a message in English ordering the zodiacs to leave.(Part.2)

グリーンピースのゴムボートがOBB側のフェンダーのワイヤーに絡まり、非常に危険な状態を発生させる。OBB乗組員がフェンダーワイヤーからゴムボートを外すのに努力。フェンダーから外れたが、依然として両船の間に割り込み、NM側から船外マイクで「直ちに立ち退くよう」命令する（英語）(Part.2)。
